Shipping Options
We offer shipping through USPS and UPS and rates are calculated for you in the checkout process. Modern technology is rad.
We are currently only shipping within the United States. Massive apologies to the rest of the world. We hope to expand our empire to reach you very soon.
Tracking a Package
Want to watch over your order like a tiger mom? We totally get it. After you place your order an email confirmation will be sent to you via email and we get to work packing up your selected goods. Once your order is lovingly packed and ready to go a shipment notification will be sent to you with a tracking number. You'll be able to track your items from our door to yours.
Shipping and Delivery Time
We know you're excited about your purchase and honestly we are really excited for you! We're going to do our very best to get your order packed up and on it's way as fast as possible. Typically we are able to fulfill orders within 24 hours. We're coffee obsessed and very speedy at LP headquarters.
Returns & Exchanges
We will accept returns for exchange only within 14 days of your purchase. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds at this time. We realize that this is really strict and is probably not ideal from the customer point of view. We ask for your understanding because we are a teeny tiny company and our products are handmade by small independent makers. We aren't all operating like the amazons of the world- and we like to think that is a good thing for all of us!
Please contact us at returns@shoplaunchparty.com to process the exchange. You will be responsible for the shipping costs back to us. Once we receive and inspect the product, a store credit for the cost of the product will be issued via email.
Please do not mail items until you contact us and receive the go ahead from LP headquarters. After you get the go ahead, then you may mail the item(s) to: Launch Party, Attn: Exchanges, 4564 Innes Ave, Cincinnati OH 45223
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged Product
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@shoplaunchparty.com to request an authorization and return slip.
In the rare instance that you will need to exchange a product that arrives damaged we will send you a postage paid return label to ship your product back to us.
Gifts
Sometimes it just doesn't work for you. And that's ok. As long as the item is unused, we will take it back in exchange for store credit. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of the product. Once the item is received and inspected, we will email a store credit to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Please note, only unused items will be accepted for store credit.

Lost Shipment
If you believe your package to be lost in transit, please by all means contact us and let's work together to find it or replace it. Don't suffer alone, we're here for you. Write us right away at hello@shoplaunchparty.com
